The meat platter for two is okay. It looks to be a large size but it is consumable by one couple. I am used to gyro (from childhood) that does not come in flat slabs. It seems that this is the common American way to provide gyro. I prefer gyro from a grill, made similar to doner. We noticed that the Tsatsiki refill had a different texture than the first order. Since the platter comes with no salad/vegetables, ordering an extra salad is the good choice. The Greek salad at Lefteris has always been good at every location. The dressing is sweet and yummy. The interior of the restaurant looks nice and clean, the staff is attentive.

I had my sons high school graduation and 18th birthday party here. From the very beginning, Silvio, Karla, and Anthony were helpful, friendly, and very professional. On the day of the party, the service was perfect, the food was delicious, and our server Luisa was THE BEST! Everything came out fresh and my family really enjoyed all of the food from start to finish. I am so happy I picked this place to celebrate a special occasion.

Hosted a work goodbye party here and the experience was absolutely wonderful! To the beginning stage planning and end execution it was top knotch! The manager helped me with my color scheme and even made a coordinated menu! The food was endless and absolutely delicious! The ambiance was so beautiful too! Highly recommend hosting an event here! Tons of compliments from the guests too! Great vibes and great friendly accommodating staff too! Ps. That salad dressing is to DIE for!

This used to be our favorite family restaurant. I used to take my family at least once a month to the one in Yonkers . Ever since it closed I take them to this location. My kids used to look forward to the fried calamari, pita bread and their fries. A lot has changed, from the food quality , taste , portion and of course prices. I understand prices are high everywhere but it’s one thing to pay and another to pay for a very low quality food. My mom had steak and it was delicious but take a look of the chicken fingers, there is barely chicken there. The atmosphere is great but I will not be going there for a while. For a $150 lunch I would rather eat at home.

Dining at Lefteris Taverna felt like a little trip back to Greece. The food was truly authentic and brought back wonderful memories of being there — fresh flavors, comforting dishes, and that warm Mediterranean feeling you hope for in a great Greek restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed yet trendy, making it perfect for a casual dinner or night out with friends. The Mediterranean Sangria was absolutely delicious and refreshing, and the Gemista was cooked perfectly — flavorful, comforting, and authentic. While the food and ambiance were excellent, the service could definitely use some improvement. Overall though, the quality of the cuisine and beautiful vibe made it a place I’d still happily return to for a taste of Greece close to home.
